Your breath is a gate to physical and psychological health and selfhealing empowerment. It is superfood no. 1, the most important nourishment of your life and its quality has a huge influence to your energy–level and health-state. The moment you start to breathe consciously, the quality of your breath changes. If you use this tool, you will experience benefits on different levels and in many ways and situations
Your thoughts get clear, it is easier to focus and concentrate, to center and stay there or come back more easily, even in stressful times. Furthermore, your physical power and condition will grow. Your whole system fills up with oxygen, supportively benefitting every organ and every cell. It is possible to solve deep traumatic experiences and shocks in a gentle way. The breath is always working FOR you.
It is the detox no.1. Scientists say we detox by 70% through our breath. During illness or after a toxic way of life – be it emotionally, mentally or physically (smoking, using drugs, alcohol, medication, anesthetics, unhealthy food) – you can release unhelpful tensions and toxins that are stored in your body, through a breath-session. In stressful situations, caused by the circumstances we live in, our body produces more tension and acid than it needs, so the pH-level of our body becomes unbalanced. This is the basis for all diseases. Cancer cells, for example, can’t grow in an alkaline environment. As long as your system is balanced, you will enjoy health and wellbeing.
At the beginning of a 2 hour breath-session we speak about your condition, your challenges and your desires. During the session you are lying on a mat, fully dressed. It is beneficial to perform the session in your home as you can rest afterwards.
The roots of this technique are found in Kriya Yoga, as part of deep cleansing and clearing experiences.
