Regular weekly classes, workshops and one-to-one tuition...
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that originated in India about 5,000 years ago, it focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility), known as asanas and breathing.
Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity, especially strength, flexibility and balance. There's also some evidence that regular yoga practice is beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains, including low back pain, depression and stress.

About Jo...
I began yoga training in 1980 with the British Wheel of Yoga, which follows the Desikachar method of Hatha yoga. Whilst living in San Francisco in 1991 I discovered Iyengar Yoga and in 1998 I became a qualified Iyengar teacher and progressed to Intermediate Iyengar teacher level. I had started Senior teacher training before relocating to France in 2007. After teaching Yoga for over 30 years, I now teach a combination of yoga styles drawn from my life-long experience of yoga practice.
