Wellbeing is strongly linked to happiness and life satisfaction. In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life.

​​Living and practicing at Bonbousquet and Berlin, giving Sessions in distance worldwide.
I´ve practiced Hatha Yoga for more than 2 decades and taught Yoga and Meditation for almost 10 years. I´ve learned different techniques, tools, ways to support you to increase your state of health and quality of life.

Hi, I'm Baharé

I believe in the healing power of authentic touch and in the magic of softness.
Born in Paris to Iranian parents, I received a combination of Western education and Persian culture that enriches my approach of care and well-being.
I have spent many years exploring my inner lands to refine my perceptions abilities and expand the frame of my sensations.
I kept the fascination that I had for Nature , as a child and the secrets that one grasps from being in contact with it, and I learned to deepen them through the practice of Yoga and meditation.
